Michael worked at Towers Watson this summer.  Overall the internship was a great learning experience about what goes on the employee benefits industry.  Some of the daily tasks he performed were benchmarking research, pricing for self-funded plans, and updating presentations for clients.  Michael said his RMI classes certainly helped prepare his for the internship.  Every topic discussed in class was mentioned in the internship amongst the different work throughout the summer, including complying with PPACA to discrimination testing.  

Additional perks during Michaels experience included 2 Happy Hours, Phillies Tickets, and lunches.

Michael enjoyed the internship a lot.  The atmosphere of the company, the people he was able to interact with and learn from and the workload was good. Overall, it was a great experience and he would recommend this company to other students.
