Sam worked at Corporate Synergies Group this summer.  His daily tasks included organizing and sending out RFPs, analyzing benefit summaries, working on client contributions, and compiling pre-renewals, renewals, and post-renewals.  Sam was also able to interface with clients and carrier representatives at various meetings.

Sam would attest, without a doubt, he had so much knowledge going into this internship because of his Employee Benefit class.   He also thought that the interviewing process CSG implemented allowed them to pick out the person that not only was the most knowledgeable about benefits, but also a good fit for the company culture.

Sam enjoyed everything about the experience.  The people were very nice and helpful with any problems he ran into.  CSG provided an extensive training program to help him start off on the right foot. However, one problem he experienced is not receiving enough constructive criticism. Although Sam put a lot of effort into everything he did, he would have liked more feedback to help me do it better the next time. 

For Sam, it was pleasure to work at Corporate Synergies Group for the summer.  That is precisely why he is continuing part-time work during this fall semester. He would recommend this company to other students.
