Provide a General Description of the Internship. Include daily tasks completed, the company and its employees, and any other information.
40 hour work week. I worked on the following: Excel Census Audits and Open Enrollment Updates, Created Benefit Notices to send out to clients, Audited claims inaccuracies, Completed various research projects, Updated budget reports, PCORI Fee collecting.

Did you have a mentor?

If so, how did he/she help you during your internship?
I reported to Scott and Tyler who were my managers/mentors, but we had a really small team so essentially everyone was my mentor in a way.

Did you feel your RMI/AS classes better prepared you for the internship?
Yes, because relevant terms were used.

Interviewing/Hiring Process Comments:
Interview at the career reception, followed by an interview with two Graham Employees.

Were you assigned any special projects? If so please describe.

What were the supplemental benefits besides the pay? (Internship Lunches, Housing, Sports Games, Happy Hours, etc.)
Two happy hours, one in the beginning and end! Another community service happy hour in the middle! Every once in a while there would be meetings with lunch provided.

Describe the company's internship program(atmosphere, work load, work, housing, outside work activities, etc.).
Very friendly, supportive atmosphere with a team of roughly 25 employees. A meeting about Graham as a company, but other than that there was no formal training.

Was the internship what you expected after the interviewing/hiring process?

Were you provided time off besides the weekend?
Yes. I took a week off for family vacation, as well as one more day later on in the summer to go down the shore. I also took another half day off for a doctors appointment. All the standard holidays were off as well (Memorial Day and Fourth of July weekend)

If you had to relocate, describe the process of adapting to a new city.
