Sigma Chapter Resume Generator Instructions
Welcome to The Sigma Chapter Resume Generator.
Instructions: Please read and follow all directions. Fill out all forms in their entirety to the best of your abilities. GPAs will be checked against Temple University records. Also, please take note of the following guidelines:

You must choose at least eight classes under the relevant coursework section of the generator.

Be sure to list at least one example of work experience with detailed and accurate descriptions of the duties performed during your employment. Be sure to proofread what you enter before submitting.

If you have more than one previous employer, choose and list the three most recent examples of work experience.

Work experience does not have to be relevant to the fields of Risk Management, Insurance, or Actuarial Science.

If you are still employed at the firm, use present tense verbs in job descriptions.

If you were previously employed at the firm, use past tense verbs in job descriptions.
- Include scholastic job experience, activities, achievements and awards in chronological order.
Below are two samples of acceptable job descriptions:
Name of Firm: City Beach Patrol
Job Title: Lifeguard
Three Brief Job Descriptions:
- Developed crisis management skills and resolved patrons' issues and conflicts
- Monitored and patrolled assigned area to detect hazardous conditions
- Provided for the safety of all beach patrons including rescuing swimmers in distress and providing emergency aid
Name of Firm: Corporate Insurance Broker
Job Title: Summer Risk Analyst
Three brief job descriptions:
- Utilized regression analysis and market trend data to develop three benchmarking models which accurately predict necessary insurance policy limits and correlating expected premiums for clients requiring insurance policy limits between $20 Million and $750 Million
- Assisted in the development, trial, and implementation of an insurance policy renewal comparison template which served to reduce legal liability exposures arising out of changes in policy language and previously unforeseen coverage gaps
- Worked on request for proposal presentations and reports in order to become the broker of record for new clients
