Risk Manager

Randy Jouben is the Director of Risk Management at FIVE GUYS Enterprises, LLC. As the Director of Risk Management, he is responsible for leading the mission of protecting the tangible and intangible assets of the organization. Randy has spent over 26 years in the industry, from working for insurance companies such as Prudential and American International Group, to consulting and risk management positions in prominent non-profits such as the American Red Cross and the Catholic Diocese of Arlington.

He is involved in many professional societies, including Risk and Insurance Management (RIMS), where he is the local chapter president and the National Standards & Practices Committee. He also serves as Chairman of the Professional Development Committee for the Disaster Recovery Institute International. Randy earned his Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science from Seton Hall University, as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in Risk Management and Insurance from Excelsior College. Currently, Randy is pursuing his MBA in Insurance Management from Brenau University.
