SVP and Chief Culture Officer




Ivy currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Culture Officer at Chubb and was appointed to this new role following ACE Limited’s acquisition of the Chubb Corporation in January 2016, a transaction that created a global leader in property and casualty insurance that operates under the Chubb name. Working with various management teams, Ivy is responsible for overseeing the culture integration between the two legacy companies by ensuring the clarity and consistency of Chubb’s culture.

Prior to this role, Ivy served as Vice President of Business Development for International Accident and Health at ACE, as well as Talent and Development for ACE North America.

Ivy currently serves as a Board Member with the Bermuda Wellness Foundation (BWF), The Pedro Arrupe Center for Business Ethics in the Haub School of Business, Saint Joseph’s University, and Gamma Iota Sigma. Ivy has a Bachelor of the Arts degree in International Development from St. Mary’s University, Nova Scotia.
